
In certain cases, we reserve the right to replace the flowers and wrapping materials with equivalent ones while keeping the same shape, colour and flower arrangement value. For flower arrangements of the same type (e.g., a bouquet of roses), the flower type will take priority over the colour. But the number of the ordered flower bouquet will never be changed, so if you order 21 or 22 roses in a bouquet, we will always deliver 21 or 22 roses as you have ordered!
Delivery of gifts (toys, sweets) is a supplementary service, and the assortment will depend on the particular region. Depending on the region of delivery, the look of the gifts delivered may slightly differ as compared to the samples featured on the site. On our part, we guarantee the quality and integrity of the gifts delivered, with the basic criteria for such cases being the weight and quality (in the case of food delivery), size, and price category of the gift!
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Once we have received your order, we will email you a confirmation. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
If ordering non-consumable and non-floral items (e.g., teddy bears, perfume, souvenirs, or balloons), the consumer has the right to a 7-day cooling-off period in which the goods can be returned. This 7-day return period starts from the day after the goods are delivered to you, the customer. They must be posted no later than the 7th day after receipt of the goods (the full cost of return to be undertaken by the customer) or returned directly to the shop. If the goods are found to be faulty, we will pay the postage cost. Refunds for returns will be made as soon as possible, but always within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If goods are faulty, we will reimburse postage.
